The fermentation medium contained(g/L): urea 8, K2HPO4 18, KH2PO4 5, MgSO4 0.1, biotin 0.01, and CoCl2 0.005. NaF(0.4 g/L) and HX(8 g/L) (used as a control) were added into the media. The initial pH was adjusted to 7.0 by NaOH and the medium was autoclaved for 20 min at 115 celsius. |
