Genotype The riboflavin-producing strain RB50::[PRF69]n with an amplified recombinant rib operon.
Culture medium The labelling Experiments are based on several glucose-limited chemostat experiments,which were also used for 13C-labeling experiments in physiological steady state.During these labeling experiments, the feed medium was replaced by an identical medium containing 10% uniformly [U-13C6] glucose and 90% glucose labeled at natural abundance.
