Culture medium The same medium as that employed in our previous study was used for the preculture of the microorganism (per liter deionized water): 40g of glucose,30g of (NH4)2SO4, 3.0g of Na2HPO4, 6.0g of KH2PO4, 2.0g of NaCl, 84mg of CaCl2, 3.9mg of FeCl3, 0.9mg of ZnSO4-7H2O, 0.3mg of CuCl2-H2O, 5.56mg of MnSO4-5H2O, 0.1mg of (NH4)6MO7O24-4H2O, 0.3mg of Na2B4O7-10H2O, 0.4g of MgSO4-7H2O, 40mg of FeSO4-7H2O, 500ug of vitamin B1-HCl, 0.1g of EDTA,and 10ug of biotin.
